Prefiro acreditar que é mais lógico que a indústria e a lei se adaptem aos novos tempos e encotrem alternativas do que entremos em um retrocesso. Além disso, como coloca Lessig, quais serão os efeitos para toda uma geração que está crescendo com a consciência de que são criminosos?? We can&#8217;t kill the instinc of technology, we can only criminalize it. We can&#8217;t stop our kids from using it, we can only drive it underground. We can&#8217;t make out kids passive again, we can only make them &#8220;pirates&#8221;. And is that good? We live in this weird time, an age of prohibitions. In many areas of our life, we live life constantly agaisnt the law, ordinary people live against the law, this is what we are doing to our kids, they live life knowing they are living against the law. That realization is extraorninary corrosive, extraorninary corrupting.
